ABOUT

As a mental health counselor, I use a 'Psychodynamic and Humanistic' approach as a tool to help individuals with various struggles and difficulties. The usage of a psychodynamic approach, facilitates the client with the ground to venture through an inner journey of his repressed desires and fears, while bearing in mind the aim of improving the client's self-awareness, and bringing to his conscious level repressed desires and fears. Also using a humanistic approach, emphasizing during the sessions, the notion that every individual is competent and independent, with potential motivations and strengths that can all foster a healing process. I also consider 'Attachment Theory' helpful and the gravity of building a healthy therapeutical relationship between the client and me, in order to confront the client's early relational traumas and oppose them with new corrective experiences. I believe every person deserves to live a fulfilling life and potentially can generate his own growth and self-actualization.

we use integrative approach of humanistic and psychodaynamic approaches.
